With the ability deliver the right candidates to fitness industry employers, Love Recruitment have launched their specialist industry recruitment service in Sydney.
Launched in the UK in 2015, over the last four and half years Love Recruitment have grown to the largest fitness specialist recruitment company in the country, serving over 30 UK organisations and finding fitness jobs for thousands of UK fitness professionals, their success has been built upon service, delivery, relationships and trust.
Working with some of the most exciting new brands hitting the market and also established brands such as Puregym, Anytime Fitness, Snap Fitness and Orangetheory Fitness as well as organisations like UK Active and fitness equipment suppliers, Love Recruitment have placed well over 1000 professionals across the fitness and leisure industries in the UK.
Australia now represents their first international office, where Love Recruitment Director Lawrence Everest explains “we will be offering a level of service in matching employers with the right staff not previously available.”
Based in Sydney but with the capability to service clients and place people across Australia, the new services is headed up by Maddie Cummings (pictured below).
Cummings’ background is from the fitness industry, working from reception to becoming a club manager and, since moving into recruitment, she has superbly looked after the recruitment for several of the major brands in the UK.
Love primarily work across four key areas within the fitness industry; the franchise, private, public and commercial sectors. Of the excess of 1000 people placed, around 70-80% of placements fall in the middle to club management, roles like sales manager, operations manager, assistant manager, fitness manager and of course, club and regional management roles. Of the remaining 20-30%, these are made up of entry level roles like sales advisors, personal trainers and support staff through to senior leadership and director level hires.
